At SaBo Santa Fe, we believe in the power of plants to transform spaces and bring joy to your home. We take great care in selecting and nurturing the plants we offer, ensuring that each one is healthy, happy, and ready to thrive in your space. If you’re not fully satisfied with your plant purchase, we’re here to make things right.

What is the 30-Day Happiness Guarantee?
We guarantee that the plant you purchase from our store will be healthy and in great condition when you take it home. If your plant shows signs of damage or isn’t thriving within 30 days of your purchase, we’ll work with you to find a replacement or offer a solution to make it right.

What to Do If Your Plant Isn’t Happy?
If you notice that your plant is unhealthy or damaged after you’ve brought it home, don’t worryβ€”we’ll help you get it back on track! Here’s what to do:

  1. Take a clear photo of the plant and its condition.
  2. Bring the plant and the photo to us within 30 days of your purchase.
  3. Our team will assess the situation and work with you to provide a suitable replacement, or offer advice on plant care and remedies.

Can I Get a Refund?
While our first priority is always to replace or help revitalize your plant, we understand that sometimes a refund may be the best option. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Can I Return My Plant?
Because live plants are delicate and require special care, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. However, we're always happy to provide advice or suggestions on how to care for, revive, or compost your plant if it’s not thriving.

What Should I Do with My Damaged Plant?
We know it’s hard to say goodbye to a plant, but if your plant can’t be saved, we encourage you to compost it or dispose of it through your local green waste services. If you're unsure how to do this, we’d be happy to offer guidance!

Plant Care

Cactus Care

1. Bright Light Lover 🌞

Tip: Cacti adore sunlight! Place them in a spot where they can get plenty of bright sunlight for at least 6 hours a day. Ask us for plant specific light tips!

2. Easy on the Water πŸ’§

Tip: Overwatering is a cactus's biggest enemy. Water your cactus only when the soil is completely dry, usually every 2-4 weeks. Make sure the pot has good drainage to prevent root rot.

3. The Right Soil Mix 🌡

Tip: Use a well-draining cactus or succulent soil mix. You can also add sand or perlite to regular potting soil to improve drainage. SaBo can pot your new friend for you!

Succulents

1. Sunlight Sweethearts 🌞

Tip: Succulents thrive in bright, indirect sunlight. Place them near a sunny window where they can get about 6 hours of light a day. If the leaves start to stretch, they may need more light.

2. Water Wisely πŸ’§

Tip: Like cacti, succulents prefer to dry out completely between waterings. Water deeply but infrequently, typically every 2-3 weeks. Ensure the soil is dry before watering again.

3. Perfect Potting Soil 🌱

Tip: Use a well-draining succulent or cactus mix. Adding sand or perlite to regular potting soil helps improve drainage and prevents root rot. SaBo can pot your new friend for you!

Spurge

1. Light Love 🌞

Tip: Spurge plants enjoy bright, indirect light. Place them in a sunny room where they can get about 4-6 hours of light daily. Some can tolerate direct sunlight, but be cautious to avoid sunburn.

2. Water Sparingly πŸ’§

Tip: Water spurge plants when the soil is dry to the touch. Typically, this means watering every 2-3 weeks. Overwatering can lead to root rot, so ensure the soil dries out between waterings.

3. Well-Draining Soil 🌱

Tip: Use a well-draining soil mix, such as a cactus or succulent mix. SaBo can pot your new friend for you!

tropical

1. Bright, Indirect Light 🌞

Tip: Tropical plants love bright, indirect light. Place them near a window with filtered sunlight or use sheer curtains to diffuse the light. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch their leaves.

2. Keep It Moist πŸ’§

Tip: Tropical plants thrive in consistently moist soil. Water them when the top inch of soil feels dry, usually once a week. Ensure the pot has good drainage to prevent waterlogging and root rot. SaBo can plant your new friend for you!

3. Humidity Heroes 🌿

Tip: Tropical plants flourish in high humidity. Increase humidity by misting the leaves regularly, placing a humidifier nearby, or setting the pot on a tray filled with water and pebbles.
